Re: 2015 CrossFit Open, Regionals, and Games Thread

This. It was definitely horrific to see it happen real time. I saw her slip and fall and when she didn't get up right away you knew it had to be bad.

Re: 2015 CrossFit Open, Regionals, and Games Thread

Broke her patella. Which is too bad as the team was in second place at the time, would have done very well in that workout (shown by their 2 females finishing the 50 muscle ups before multiple...

Re: what meals do you like to cook?

First I'll say: Kate I like your avatar.

But I normally just throw some meat in a pan and cut up some veggies. Like 2 lbs of hamburger, diced tomatoes, cut up onion, and pepper. Then it lasts...

Re: Debating on giving up meat

So I probably do have a...

Re: Paleo Macros

Now that I have switched to Paleo I feel like I am eating more than I was on the SAD diet. That is why I thought 2800 calories was enough for me. Would excess carbs cover up some of the caloric...

Re: Paleo Macros

You could be right. I did paleo for 2 weeks, off 2 weeks (due to travel), and now been doing it again for 3-4 weeks.

This week I might just be tired from sleeping poorly the first few days.

Do these...
