Slow Carb Diet

Hey, I'm almost a week into this diet by Timothy Ferriss called the Slow Carb Diet. It's essentially the Paleo diet. Anybody out there tried it? had any good results?

find a down side to rice is if you don't eat all the rice you cooked, the leftovers aren't that great. Rice dries out pretty quick.

The energy differential doesn't quite matter what the animal was fed, you still have to feed them 10x the energy required to feed one person on plants.
