Call me a heretic, but personally, starchy foods before working out seem to help. But that might just be mental. I too have noticed the "sense of satiety" that comes from certain carbs.

Hi there,
Personally, I would ditch some of the apples and replace them with veggies. Also, there are better choices for protein than deli meat...maybe try some meat that's not processed.
