So, running some sprints, as you said above, and 3-5 miles a week should increase my running ability? I run about 3-4 a week, but will it help with my IST run if im not running for 2-3miles a day?

I go strong for that amount of time... In 3 weeks of it I have only gained weight slowly not lost it... 2-3 pounds is all... If I was getting headaches and stomach aches and wasn't recovering well...

I am training for more than one goal... So i mix crossfit, strength training, and weightlifting into one program. I don't agree with everything with crossfit, but it is awesome.

I don't always do the same thing every day... Actually I never had duplicated a workout or couplet... I spent 3 1/2 hours the other day trying to just get a muscle-up.
