Sometimes we can get bogged down with the different angles of nutrition such as IF/PALEO/ZONE. Obviously pick one that works for you.

Crossfit is, according to the WOD, is 3 on 1 off workout. Others use a 5 on 2 off program. Whatever works for you. Without knowing your fitness leve scale the WOD of the "classic crossfit"...

It's okay to jump off the wagon, who hasn't. Life sometimes just leads us that way. The Zone discusses that issue. After feeling crappy, eat a zone meal (if following).
