As far as "certs" go I have heard good things about Precision Nutrition...no first hand info though. Other wise you don't need a certifying body to just go pick up a book and read it...

Id drop the multi and the fiber, maybe even the fish oil, Unless its a quality one. The key is to get a really sound diet in, which shouldn't need supplementation. See how you feel.
