For the simple reason, if you do un-anchored sit ups you can go back to anchored no problem.

It doesn't work so well the other way around. I've seen people who are army fit able...

I did for a long time. Well, Since the end of September, I'm moving away from it now measuring everything at every meal now. But that has only been in the last couple weeks.

When I said that I meant 24 hours not 36. So it would be one day to the next. Just didn't break it down.

Repeat at required, although not really zone anymore. Some people can go that long without food it works for some not for...
