Good advice so far...Take a big breath to brace your core, work on thoracic extension mobility, and ankle mobility.

On another note...just my opinion...none of those squats were to proper depth.

My take is that you rushed standing the weight up. If it is off balance (forward or back) and you rush standing up it'll just force the weight more in that specific direction and you are guaranteed...

stick with what you know. Personally, I like lots of shakes, almonds, bananas, and dried fruit. If you have a lot of time between workouts, maybe something a bit heavier - a macro dense meal you feel...

post wod: 10-12oz whole milk, 1 banana, scoop general whey protein, BA, creatine....

Agree, too much sugar regardless of goals. (including the milk and almond milk).

5'8", 195#, pending his LBM, that is plenty of protein IMO.

I take a rest day before, and 2-days out I don't do anything crazy heavy or different just in case it shows up.
