Just keep a bottle of mustard or a jar of pickle juice handy, if you ever cramp up just choke down a mouthful of either and the cramp will likely be gone within 30 seconds.

Step 2) Mop with a liquid laundry detergent and alcohol mixture, don't use too much detergent or it will have soap suds everywhere.
