No. The whole point is it is NOT Subjective. I thought we were supposed to measure work capacity. Though you could measure power output too.

I am saying define some metric, hero wods, girls,...

Yes but the original idea promoted by crossfit was that the needs/programming should differ only in intensity but not in kind for the average joe and the pro.

I think we need a thread with some data.

Maybe some testing metrics, some programming, and some repeated tests to show performance improvements with main site or...
