I'd like to add that AT THE VERY LEAST.... you are now sitting pretty high VERY FREQUENTLY in a STRICT MU which, with everything that's been going on is the ONLY MU you've been seriously able to...

Deadlifted, 213lbs. by mainly changing my hip position a bit, at a bodyweight that's nearly 25lbs. lighter than the last time I did it (215lbs. - horrible form - on youtube...
