Check out out new outdoor training station
One of our members built this bad boy. It includes 4 pull up stations, rope climb and I-hooks for rings. Since we don't have high ceilings, this works...

Last weekends charity event
This was a huge success. We raised a bunch of money for one of our members foundations. We had nine teams, 35 competitors and at least forty spectators as well as newspaper coverage.

We're on the Channel 6 Action News(Philly). There should be an interview of myself and a few members along with some training footage. We'll see what happens.
