Thanks ... first lift with the 270 was on July 10th, so just under 2 months. I try to practice once per week, but it's pretty hard on the body.

I haven't posted in awhile, but I'm pretty stoked about this, so wanted to share. 270 pound stone on 48" platform for three consecutive reps in 1:25. BW 166. First time with no misses ... now to work...

10mm single prong all the way - it's the only belt we recommend. Nothing wrong with the 13mm but it will take longer to break in (especially if you're not 250+) and it's not legal under any IPF...
