rip does not say to do any conditioning on the program and in fact will tell you yndtp (your not doing the program) if you add in conditioning while trying to do ss

I just buy the isoflex isolate at super supplements. Butcostco has a lactose free muscle milk but its ahigher calorie to a little lower protein ratio. The muscle milk is like 200 calories per scoop...
