Thanks. I never did track as a kid so I didn't know but upon further research I was reading that track spike shoes basically have zero padding. They are basically a strip of plastic with some spikes....

Clean it just like Heninger said above. They didn't sell straight ammonia at the Home Depot I went to but when I got home I found some Windex I had with Ammonia. I just used that with the scrub brush...

Update: Just got done and I did it as Rx'd this time except the wall ball was only 12lbs because that was the heaviest the globo had. SDHP's and Push press made all the difference. I have no idea why...
