If it's dislocating that can't be good. I'd be seeing a doc and possibly getting an MRI, that way you know exactly what you're dealing with and can set out a proper plan towards rehabbing...

Great advice there Troy. I too can't see any point doing movements that are super stressful for your shoulder after you've already had surgery... it's just not worth it.

My main symptom with my SLAP tear was any pushing movement. Benchpress and pushups were painful.

I could do everything else pretty much pain free.
