As far as WODs go, they are posted to where it is a 3:1 work/rest ratio as you very well know. In your opinion how will Scaling back and doing a 1:1 affect my strenth and over all fitness...

I am 47 yrd old, Im in the military and have been for the last 28 yrs. I've been in the weight lifting scene for 95% of that time. Im new to Crossfit and I love it, especially the "methodology"...
