Worst workout I've had since I've been back on it. Back was feeling fatigued so I skipped my deadlift. I just decided to hit Fran. 21-15-9 of sucky workout.

Friday was a good day. 3x3 at 250 on squat. Then hit a single at 260.

Did some power cleans. Worked up to 3x3 at 175, then Nik and I hit 8 singles each alternating. Just enough time between to...

Got back out today for some press, push press, and push jerk. Just worked up to 135lbs. Good to break a sweat and put up some weight again.
