Re: Hypothyroidism and Dialing in T-4

Re: Soreness, Recover, Time between workouts ????

Keep in mind your are doing CF with 340 lbs attached--that is a lot more than the string beans who do this everyday at a buck 50. I weigh 255lbs and doing pullups takes a long time to do efficiently...

Re: Charles Poliquin on Crossfit

Like I previously posted, Poliquin represents a "mainstream" mindset, so once again you are not paying attention or are just posting this crap to **** people off for the hell of it--not the way to go...

Re: Will Heavy Metcons build strength?

Re: Charles Poliquin on Crossfit

AKA: Why would anyone do something extra? LOL Seriously, with a questions like this, you are only pushing people away from Poliquin ("mainstream") and towards CF. You see, it really is as simple as...

Re: Charles Poliquin on Crossfit

It's not a "bad argument" because you don't understand it. If you can't understand this you shouldn't be debating it. Here it is one more time..... WODs can be range of sets/low, mid, high...

Re: Charles Poliquin on Crossfit

There are a variety of WODs that have already been listed on the front page that offer all ranges of rep schemes in oly's (High, Mid, Low)--there is more than just Metcons and timed events.

Re: Questions to all who have done Starting Strength+GOMAD

SS is a great program. I did something similar to starting strength, but it was more advanced because of previous WL experience. I did it for about 6 months and built up quite a bit of mass and power...

Re: Charles Poliquin on Crossfit

You do not appear to know what Crossfit does, so that's why the answers are basic

Hi rep schemes have their purpose. Peaking programs start with higher rep schemes, then mid range, then lower rep...

Re: Charles Poliquin on Crossfit
