Hello.

It came to me today watching videos about pressing technique. Justin on 70's big talks about pressing with external rotation.

How does external rotation in different exercises fair to doing...

I do have lots of air(so it feels), just a bad camera. My belly hangs like 6cm outside of the belt haha, not that it says much but I feel good squating.

I don't do lowbar even if the squat might...

No I don't have wrist pain. The bar rests slightly beneath the top of my traps and I have quite good flexibility in my shoulders so there isn't a lot of pressure on the wrists.



Just what I'm used...

I made it through the lats 10x3 workout without much trouble and got a +15kg PR on the max day, yay :)

Do you guys follow the routine smolov states for the switching phase, powercleans, box squats...

Yeah, the starting weight was my "everyday-possible-max", not that grinder 1rm on a good day. It's just that the last 10x3 is 98% of the max I inserted.
I took an extra day off to get some extra rest...

You should try the warrior challenge for the swedish recruit training in the army.
The point is to get the lowest total score.

1: Run 5k. Every full minute gives you 10points.

2: Max 1RM bench...

Should I start with the bar further out on my feet or just try pull it closer as I straighten up? I have long legs so it's hard to get the shoulders and butt to rise at the same time if I don't do it...

So I trained my footwork today at quite light weights. Thing is that it's easy to do it when you have nothing else to think about, but at higher weights my feet goes where ever they feel...

I do stand a bit wider in overhead squats, it's just that my feet won't move out automatically when I do snatches. I almost do Burg warmup having:

So the generall consensus seems to be that I would need to widen the stance on the catch :P

Ok cool. I'll try to keep the good form up at 60kg too, usually I get really tired in the lower back and the heaving comes in where my upper body does that little movement to get the weight up....
