I either warm up with 2.4km run or 1km row, then go through the movements that are in the WOD. We also do some yoga moves in our warm ups as well, lots of holds

Yep even the body weight workouts are good. I know where your coming from I work for the Royal Australian Navy and we can be out at sea on deployment for upto 6 months, and I just do a lot of body...

Rob had asked me to run another 5km today with Corrine, but just knee pulled up way to sore to do it today. So I did:

Did this in 15 minutes, which wasn't too bad - but next time...

5km run today- which I owe Rob now another 5km this week. The last time I did a 5km run was at the old box and did this in 57:15. I did the new 5km course today, although I kind of screwed up...

Back Squat: 120kg - 264.55lbs
Strict Press: 50kg - 110.23lbs
Deadlift: 147.5kg - 325.18lbs
Total - 699.96lbs - so close to 700lbs!!
