Same exercises on CFE as CF?
Hey, I work a day behind, so my CFE WOD for today includes GHS, the same as tomorrow's CF WOD. Should I skip that part of the CFE or skip tomorrow's CF WOD?

I guess I should have mentioned this, I have been operating at a deficit so that I can loose a little belly. I'm was planning on upping the calories soon anyhow because I have reached probably 15-18%...
