But on the other page in the same CFJ 21, it says 1 oz. of protein powder = 1 block

My protein...

CFJ #21 food descriptions innaccurate?

I just realized I've been eating cheese but it's just in the Protein category. My cheese has plenty of fat, so I'm guessing many descriptions are wrong.

Can someone clear this up please RE: cheese,...

Eating out

You guys just pig out when at a restaurant?

Or do you get something healthy?

Or are you extreme and have a pre-calculated meal custom ordered so your macronutrients are perfect?

How healthy is the diet prescribed in CFJ #21

I am finding it doable to follow the CFJ #21 recipes and guidelines

My question is how healthy is it -- it seems relatively close to Paleo diet, but without as much meat

Cats: What are they supposed to eat?

I have a cat and want him to be healthy

What are cats supposed to eat? Would he survive on a raw chicken meat diet perhaps with some fish oil thrown in?

Another great post Tim

Let me know how you do your vegetables/fruits too. What do you typically eat with your meats at meals? Are you Paleo or Zone or what?

Re: Who drinks beer?

I would never mention Arnold Schwarzennegger as a pillar of health and fitness :)
