No I have, right now I am working on what type of CF workouts I can do with the equipment in my gym. The stronglifts routine focuses on the big lifts. Squat, bench, OH press, BB row and deadlifts....

Eric, I never really considered just following their programming. Thats a great idea, maybe I will look into that. One issue is I workout out of my garage and I am missing a few pieces of equipment.
