Going to switch to an upper/lower split and up my conditioning on days off. I think this will allow me to get my main lifts in and really start concentrating on diet and weight loss. Still...

Tuesday conditioning
Wednesday 5/3/1 bench and sprints

Ok for empty kegs, but you'll break your wrists trying that technique with a heavy keg. Opposite sides to press a heavy keg are a must.
