Re: Is this the stupidest workout ever?

What about that main page video that showed a workout for Khalipa where the coach DIDN'T WANT him to stand up from a squat snatch? (cough, especially after his performance in the muscle up/snatch...

Re: Dragon Door Kettlebells are made in CHINA!!!

Err. Political discussions will bring the mod squad. Let's tread carefully.

I would say if we're supporting American companies, we're doing that to the realistic and reasonable exclusion of all...

Re: BBest mp3/ipod/music players while working out

Re: Wright Rubber Colored Bumpers - Closest Equivalent?

Re: Ex Vegetarians and Ex Vegans

I was vegan or vegetarian for 15 years. Crossfitted on that diet for a year+ and was just getting crushed at the gym. Reading a lot about paleo and thinking about the "whole foods"/paleo movement...

Re: Kettlebell King Vent

Just asking cause I've never seen him talk about it, only about his company. Something tells me that would take him far in terms of being a member of this community.

Re: Post pics of your home/garage gym

Seriously awesome. Great design. I wouldn't be surprised to hear you got some phone calls/emails from gear manufacturers wanting to use your design.
