Do you set this up to PULL folks up? I could see setting this up on a squat rack and bringing part of the band under the client to help them build capacity. Great suggestion.

Eating until you are satisfied and adequitely fueled = good

If you are getting full around 2000-2500k/cal and feeling underfueled, then I'd suggest...

25 Pullups,
50 Pushups,
75 Situps.

It would take less of a toll than the 9000 workout. It would total 4500 reps for the month. Not as cool of a name as the...
