Re: Does David Goggins still do Crossfit?

I read this a few years ago, although David is an amazing human, I highly doubt that is his long term training plan. 50 miles of biking, 20 + miles of running and 3 hours of weightlifting every day...

75 single unders
didn't time it, was hoping for 10 rounds but my leg cramped up during the 4th round, so i cut it off at 5.

I then did 50 situps, 50 pushups and 25...
