Its an infrequent treat, but I keep it simple with butter and maple syrup.

I also soak it overnight in water and a little kefir...helps mitigate the anti-nutrient issue.

I tend to agree with the POV that often tendonitis issues stem from a biomechanical issue. High-rep, poorly done pull-ups can exacerbate it. Take a look at the CFJ for Tucker's...
