Rob,

While not surprised by your performance, that is awesome and amazing. I'd love to see something like this at the Games. Air Force WOD was similar but not as heavy. I'd love to see this video...

Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
Row 250 meters
Sumo deadlift highpull 95 pounds, 21 reps
Pull-ups 15 reps

4 rounds + 250m row + 8 SDLHP

Wow, that one was tough. The SDLHPs...
