CrossFit Maximus is right there in Lexington. I did my Level 1 Exam only there so wasn't able to spend alot of time with the trainers but the facility was legit.

I never learned to Kip. I was in a very long process of unsuccessfully trying to nail it down when I saw a video of the butterfly kip. I tried it, liked it, and i've been doing it ever since.
