Re: At Large Nutrition product advice
You emphasized "all the time" regarding lifting heavy. From personal experience I would suggest ease off the 1RM training & lower your workout percentages on your heavy lifts, pull back a bit to...

Re: Stall mats laid directly on gravel or dirt?
Absolutely yes, it is 100% possible to lay horse mats on top of gravel and dirt. Is it practical and/or safe? That's another story.
One true way to find the answer you are seeking is to lay down...

Re: How do you have your morning coffee?
I use organic whole beans/single origin then grind them up.
I then boil distilled water.
Pour ground beans into french press followed by boiling water.

Re: Minimalist shoes
The phenom IMO is the need for fancier & fluffier soles, soles with hard rubber shocks at the heels, zig zagged soles, etc. I can't help but laugh at some the shoes that are marketed for the hard...

Re: Weight belts again
Never used a belt, never will. If I can't lift it naturally then it wasn't meant to be. Crazy part is, I can still get my numbers to rise...crazy huh?
For those belt free lifters, build and keep a...

You've stated your case and...
