Jeff- Well it was intense but I didnt do all the weight, i wasnt sure i could finish with 95 lbs so i did it with 75 lbs....

row for 2 mins.
start over, short breaks 30 secs-1:00min just ranger on.

warm up on row machin for 5 minits, perform the samson stretch.

swim 30 mins, if no pool in gym run 400 meters then flutter kicks.
every 200 meter perform 50 3 count flutter kicks. take...

100 24" bow jump ours was alilttle bit taller than 24" (you can break it up into segments if you want just no more than 30 secs to a min break)
