If gaining mass is your goal, then doing metcons 6 times a week is a terrible method.
You can still do them, but your focus should be the big compound lifts; deadlifts, squats, press, bench press,...

I always saw yoga as stress releasing, not stress inducing; therefore, it shouldn't inhibit your strength gains. I wouldn't do it before lifting, but afterward, or on your off days as you suggested. ...

Far too often people can do very few dead hang pull ups, but can knock out a substantial amount of kipping pull ups.
