Training a kid with autism

My 4 year old got diagnosed with autism last summer. Thinking I wanna get him out in the garage gym to keep him active. Was gonna put him in a crossfit kids class but non of the gyms around here...

Thanks guys I've done a spartan race 2 or 3 years ago but it completely destroyed my shoes. Pretty fond of my inov8s but I guess I can always buy something new if they get destroyed.

well I got a reply,they said to spray wd40 into where the shaft enters the collar and if that didn't work they would replace the bar

well I got my bar today, pretty unimpressed with it,the machining is of poor quality in the knurling and it spin is about the same as the rusted barbells that were in the FOB is was in, in...

loose fat, ive been powerlifting for awhile so im not worried about loosing strength as ive got a bit to spare

id like to get better at metcons and bodyweight movements as these are my weaknesses

protein comes from eggs,pork,steak, salmon, and chicken

carbs come from 75% fruits and 25% vegtables



2 times fat primarily from almonds

I eat zone 90% of the time and eat fairly clean at that

what should I be supplementing with?

already take a multi, omega3s, and creatine
