The answer I'm sure you'll hear again and again is it "depends". Depends on your current fitness level, your diet, sleeping patterns,goals ect, ect.

Yikes man. You have to try and get more sleep otherwise your numbers are going to starting heading in the wrong direction and quick.
I need at least 8h every night and more is better even 8 isn't...

felt a little under the weather today. Slight cold.

Practiced the snatch and clean today with Brendan. Decided not to stick around for the wod and instead rest up and hit it hard again next week.

Today we went over kettlebell swings and low back squats. The low back squats were hard. Not so much on my legs but the grips was odd and i felt allot of tension in my shoulders.

205x5 lost it on the last rep due to grip strength

Probaby has nothing to do with the creatine. At least i've never experienced anything like that.
You might wanna see a doctor though. Pain in your chest while working out is never a good sign.

Another great lifting session. I'm really starting to love lifting heavy. I also love lifts that start from the floor. Power cleans, clean and jerk, snatch dead lift great moves and really helping...

Did main site wod today. It was a killer. The worst feeling in the world is when you finish a workout, you feel crushed but you know you could've gone just a little bit faster. That was me all over...

I forgot to mention that this is a new pr. Last time i did this was aug.2 2008. I did it with 25pd dumbbells and my time was 9:24. I looked in my notes and i wrote that i wanted to get my time down...
