its funny you mention that. They started up a (supposedly unbiased) company which looks into what ingredients other Australian protein sellers are using. They called a couple out for using skim milk...

What makes you think that and how do protein consumers detect this? (Most Australian brands have similar labels, most WPC's are about 23g per 30g. Maybe something is different here?)
