Confirmed by second opinion, the tear is only likely to worsen, due to shape of my acromion (almost a grade 3), and resolution via PT is unlikely so I've got a date with a surgeon. :(

They did an X-Ray arthrogram and MRI on the same day -- two separate procedures...one on a table under a standard x-ray machine and one in the banging tube.

The tear did not show up on the X-Ray...

Yeah, we actually did get some "non-standard" markers given to us by one of our clients but the issue started on pretty much all the boards simultaneously and they were never used on most of them...

It's pretty cliche' but the only person you should make a change for is you. It also increases your likelihood of being successful. I'll reiterate -- go find a CF box, or simply a one-on-one...
