Don't usually wear shoes while working out, but if I have to go outside I will use my VivoBarefoot Breathos. Would like to get some FiveFingers, just haven't gotten around to it yet.

I find it much easier to fast if I eat dinner the night before around 7 and then don't eat again until lunch the next day. That gives me a good 15-16 hours, plus it saves the trouble of fixing...
