Re: Refurbished rowers

About 4 years ago, I bought a used C2 from a rowing club. It had over 40 million meters on it. Worked great! I used it for about six months, found an unbelievable deal on a newer one ($150.00, less...

Re: What jeans to wear to snatch.

Re: Any Garage Gym Equipment For Sale In South Florida

I have a 20"/24" "cross box" for box jumps that I no longer have use for. I'm in Port Salerno. Shoot me a private message and what you feel comfortable paying for it, and we can work something out.

Google it. It works! Just like linear progression or Wendler for the power lifts, only taylored for the Oly lifts.

Re: Cooling Glove, 'Better than Steroids'???

It's long been known in the Fire Service that immersion of the forearms/hands is the most efficient way to cool core temp down. Go to any FF Combat Challenge rehab tent and that's all you...

Re: A response to Whole 9's recent series

Again, I disagree. In that particular series, there was no outright bashing of Crossfit. I'm sorry, I can't bite off on going down the "what they said by not saying anything" line. They didn't ask...

Re: A response to Whole 9's recent series

I read the "five movements" series. I don't see where it ever bashed anyone, Crossfit or otherwise. I think is was an interesting 3 chapter read. I know I'm certainly looking at TGU's in a...
