IMO programming isn't very sound with those very new to crossfit (and some very "not new" to it as well). Could they open an affiliate and get members and cash? Sure... Could they provide top notch...

Ok Dave, well let me rephrase that... I AM a strong squatter/deadlifter, and I CAN manage a sandbag and keg rather EASILY.

Yeah I'd think you would be pretty well covered if you did these benchmark WODs. The cover pretty much every movement we perform... except burpees. So maybe there at the end add 100 burpees for time.

From my own personal experiences... be sure not to let your body fat % dip too low. Be sure and remember to rest and eat well. Listen to your body and you should be fine. Good luck

What is the maximum heart rate you have recorded on yourself?
After about 30 burpees today I jumped up and immediately took my pulse (carotid) and it was 204 bpm.:eek:

Well my Government Model Springfield 1911 .45 sure does kick ***. May only hold 8 rounds, but you'll only need to pull the trigger once. 230 grain bullets. Nuff said.

I agree totally... I believe I will keep squatting and deadlifting, seems to be working for me!

P.S. I believe a strong squatter/deadlifter could manage a keg/sandbag rather easily...
