The thing that really stuck out for me is that your squat is significantly lower than your deadlift. Bring your back squat up and it's very likely your deadlift will increase too.

It works that you have three attempts to hit a one rep max on all the lifts. So you do your warm ups then try three singles on each of the three lifts. The highest of each makes up your total.

It's actually a good thing that you have a slight falling back sensation. Just make sure to keep your core stable by breathing in through your stomach and holding that breath for the whole rep.

Looks rock solid buddy. I'd say the only thing you might want to watch is your elbows flaring out a tiny bit. Really good form though.
