Tabata on a treadmill is great stuff! My favorite is incline at 12 and speed at 7.5+. By 6 your legs are screaming!

Lan- workshops are very informative, often limited to small groups and a lot of learning, discussion and one-on-one opportunities are available with the instructor if you have questions or want help...

I disagree respectively Lan. Far too many CFL1 not only open facilities but are coaching in them. They are reckless and have no idea how to coach. I applaud the enthusiasm for wanting to spread...

at a gym i used to work at they did a sign at the gym with "x-fit". they showed the trainers face and put CF certified and other certs listed. easy loopholes to not get anyone ****ed at you.

you can't do nearly as much without the handles on it. if you are looking to just carry something then yes make your own, but if you want to add different dynamics to your workouts that barbells...
