Don't know anything about Amity, but Crossfit Los Altos at F.I.T. (Magdalena and Foothill) is great with very knowledgeable trainers running the classes.

Mine was horribly innaccurate. That may have been because I was putting it on the shoelaces rather than in the shoe.
