Ya you definitely need some sort of written agreement/policy and stand by it. a 24hour policy or something like that where they have to notify you ahead of time so that way you have a chance to fill...

Where can I get more information about these resources. Maybe if I get some stuff on paper from outside sources maybe the owner and my money man will take my requests for change more seriously.
