Re: Wildcards?
If the girls failed to qualify then they are not the fittest. CF set the rules ...
Just like if Froning loses he is no longer the fittest ( which is silly really IMHO)

Re: Combining 5/3/1 BBB and WODs
I actually think this is fine to do. The program is quite flexible. Try it and see how you feel. That's the fun of it. No harm there. You could include chins randomly thought the week as well...

Re: The Premium on the Concept 2 Rower
I must admit to not every having seen one of these. Looks like they are certainly trying to copy the C2 to an extent. I would imagine , guessing, that the build quality is substantially lighter less...

Re: CrossFit is Suing the NSCA
Yes you can allow me to make this statement. It is my opinion and last time I checked I was free to express it. Now if I was trying to prove something scientific then I understand your rigour. I do...

Re: CrossFit is Suing the NSCA
Sorry, I do think GHD's S/U have unique training value just not 100+ of them that have been incorporated into various workouts at times. This would be unnecessary risk in my opinion and doing that...

Re: When to foam roll?
I completely disagree. Foam rolling can be super beneficial for mobility . Over time those tight spots stop becoming tight. You do need to be consistent with it. That is my experience at least. I...

Re: New T-Nation Steroid Article
Ok. Fair enough . Let me clarify . I know little about this guy but I think we all would not be shocked at all if his accusations are true . Discredit the author but not the assertion. ;)

Re: New T-Nation Steroid Article
Very interesting read for sure. Nothing new here having said that. I don't think it is even worth him sharing specifics of what drugs to use , how to beat tests etc..
The majority of the CF...

Re: Best Belts?
I have both a Rogue Ohio belt and the Athlete belt from Dean. I love Rogue but I honestly like the Best belt better. Seems a little thicker and slightly stiffer. For Oly lifts I do use the nylon...

Re: NPFL
Yeah I really don't see this lasting long at all . CF Games I kinda understand but even then I find it super boring to watch people workout... but obviously many people disagree. :)

Re: Pretty glad I didn't sign up for the Open
I did 14.1. If I am lucky I can string 3 DU's together but mostly 1-2. The snatches were super easy from a weight perspective but I only got 3 rounds total due to my poor DU. It can be done if you...

I don't know. I think T Nation has just as many varied articles and posts as does this site. In fact very similar in some cases . :)

OK, fair enough. At my cert I had Pat Sherwood , Chuck Carswell and others as my trainers who I guess were to prevent me from pushing myself too hard during Fran so that I did not injure myself....

Re: RealFlex for WODs /Lifting
As a side note , I watched the CF exibition at UFC 129 and saw Lipson doing Thrusters in what looked to me like Reebok ...Weightlifting Shoes. I had never sen these before by Reebok.
