Thank you for your input. The prob with "lack of evidence" is that lack of evidence is not evidence of lack, as they say. For the longest time nutrition was all hypoe,, just eat balanced diet etc......

Phiten products, any value?

Does anyone have experience with these? I began using one a couple years ago and I perceived relief of pain from a prior L5/S1 herniation. I was wondering what the feeling generally was about this.

I completed 4 rounds and since I was so exhausted yesterday decided that caution was the better move today. I didn't bother to keep time. 3 min rest btw each exercise.

today,,, as rx'd sort of

Sets 1-6, with 20# db's
sets 7-10, with 25#db's and 3 reps each. DB's held way back on shoulder to approximate a bar position. Tried to go slow to ensure good form....
