Re: Army APFT

One of my clients (just three months in) just scored a 250 of her APFT.

She had a history of having difficulty passing, now she says she can't wait to max it.:D

Re: Thoughts on this Sled

Yeah, be careful when you hit the steel belts.:yikes:

I drill a guide hole first. Then hit it with a spade bit or chisel bit to open it to the correct diameter.

Great advice so far.

My APFT scores are the best of my career and all I do is the HQ WOD and CFE three to four times a week.

I max push ups and sit ups easily and only need to drop a few...

I do nothing but the HQ WOD and CFE.

At 40 I can keep up with the youngest and fastest of my troops.

It really works.:D

I'm 40!
In my unit there is only one other Crossfitter and he's a 20year old cadet.

Re: Pros/Cons of regular ruck runs

Well stated. Dead on.

Re: New to Crossfit

Stephanie,

Great answers are to come I'm sure.

Find something you can live with. Don't start a diet....

Re: Natural Deadlift Form?

What a sweetheart! And great form to boot.

My son was trying to lift kettlebells before he could walk.

If he sees them out he will scream until we let him lift one.
