Why not try cutting the milk out completely and eating more meat?

~ Milk has more sugar per fl oz than protein (13g of sugar and 8g of protein in 8 fl oz). Too much sugar for paleo IMO... defeats...

Oh yeah you're a PE Coach. Mike Burgener (that's the CF Oly guy) has done some neat stuff incorporating some CF with his PE kids (IIRC)... might be worth checking out his site...
