Re: Medicine Ball Cleans

Yes the traps are strong. In saying that, you've made it very clear that you don't understand anything I've said regarding their proper role in the movement.

Why would this argument not...

Re: Medicine Ball Cleans

What you're missing is the fact that an individual who is able to perform a technically sound barbell clean can pick up anything and clean it very well; and individual who has learned only to clean a...

Re: Medicine Ball Cleans

Eric -

No, the BWU is spot on - the problem is that most people perform it incorrectly by pausing in the extended position searching for some epic degree of shrug and ankle extension. It should be...

Re: ROGUE Tactical Sandbag Review

In what country - or even in what manufacturing plant - a product is made has nothing to do with this. It would make no difference if Eleiko, Werksan and York all had their bars made in the same...

Re: ROGUE Tactical Sandbag Review

One last post, because the issue seems to be getting lost within a few posters' confusion....

Making a similar product that competes with an existing product is completely legit. Of course - that's...

Re: ROGUE Tactical Sandbag Review

Henkin's bags are legit - they're the only ones we endorse and sell.

Re: Difference between DL'ing and Olympic lifting?

Go to both! Josh and Stephane are awesome, and obviously Coach B is awesome as well. No question that you'll learn a ton from Josh and Stephane.
